Role & responsibilities Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Interaction Studio : Strategically lead and scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud practices for a luxury brand, leveraging data for targeted marketing strategies. Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with brand objectives. Partner with creative teams to conceptualize data-backed storytelling for marketing campaigns. Define and optimize consumer journeys through data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology. Digital Projects : Oversee the development of the corporate website, SEO strategies, mobile/web applications, and ensure robust data and information security protocols. Data Analytics : Drive data lake, data warehouse, dashboarding, and MIS projects to generate actionable insights that inform marketing decisions. AI and Machine Learning : Explore and integrate AI/ML solutions to optimize consumer engagement and campaign performance. Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, applying innovative approaches to elevate marketing impact. Competencies and Skills: Technical Proficiency In-depth knowledge of web technologies, data security, and information security standards. Familiarity with the implementation of digital tools and technologies, including Salesforce and marketing automation and Interaction Studio platforms. Data and Analytics Expertise Advanced knowledge of data analytics, including dashboarding, data visualization, and data warehousing. Proficiency in AI/ML tools and frameworks to enhance marketing strategies and execution. Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms. Creative and Analytical Skills Strong analytical thinking with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets and apply them creatively to marketing challenges.
