Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage architectural projects from concept design to working drawings, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution. Develop detailed design concepts, elevations, sections, and details for residential and commercial projects. Prepare presentation materials such as boards and renderings to effectively communicate design ideas. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Desired Candidate Profile 7-12 years of experience in architecture -Residential projects preferably. B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (preferably). Strong proficiency in Autocad software; knowledge of Revit an added advantage. Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
