Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Gujarat various location like Surat Vesu / VAPI / Navsari/ Ambavadi / Gandhinagar Industry: Education Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferably in Education Sector) Education: Graduation (Mandatory) Interview Mode: Virtual (Shortlisted candidates), followed by F2F (if needed) Key Responsibilities: Promote and market higher education opportunities abroad Conduct counseling sessions for prospective students and parents Handle lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions Conduct field visits, participate in education fairs, and local events Build partnerships with local institutions and referral agents Achieve enrollment and revenue targets Maintain accurate data and reporting Candidate Requirements: Min. 2 years of B2C sales or counseling experience (Education sector preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be a graduate Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within Rajasthan Knowledge of international education or study abroad process (added advantage) Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in approach
