Job Description: Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and increasing market share. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue streams through effective product positioning, promotions, and inventory management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth initiatives such as launches, events, and trade activities. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive FMCG landscape. Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Field Sales within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of General Trade channel operations and ability to develop effective distribution networks. Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines. Age between 24 to 40 years old. Previous experience in sales(Especially Chocolate /Food items) , particularly in fmcg food industry preferred.
