Job Description

  • Manage a defined territory to achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and increasing market share.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue streams through effective product positioning, promotions, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth initiatives such as launches, events, and trade activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive FMCG landscape.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Field Sales within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of General Trade channel operations and ability to develop effective distribution networks.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Age between 24 to 40 years old.
  • Previous experience in sales(Especially Chocolate /Food items) , particularly in fmcg food industry preferred.
