Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Pune, Mumbai Department: Sales and Business Development Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in B2C Sales (preferably in Education/EdTech) Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site Role Summary As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving student enrollment targets, leading a team of counselors, and ensuring a high-quality experience for parents and students. You will play a key role in branch-level business growth through effective counseling and local sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Drive student admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Handle and convert walk-ins, leads, and inquiries via calls, emails, or referrals. Lead, train, and monitor a team of Education Counselors. Conduct parent-student counseling sessions for course and admission guidance. Plan and execute center-level marketing and student engagement initiatives. Monitor sales KPIs, maintain CRM updates, and prepare reports. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure student satisfaction. Manage escalations and provide solutions to parents and students. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate degree (MBA preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably education or edtech) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent interpersonal and communication ability Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Target-driven, customer-focused, and adaptable Work Schedule 6 Days Working Sunday is a Mandatory Working Day Rotational Weekday Off
