We are hiring a Business Development Executive to promote and sell technical training courses such as IT, Software, Data Science, AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other professional skill-based programs. The role involves student counseling, lead conversion, and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell technical courses to students and working professionals
• Handle inbound and outbound leads (calls, online inquiries)
• Counsel students on course selection and career opportunities
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Build relationships with colleges, corporates, and training partners
• Conduct course presentations and follow-ups
• Maintain lead data and updates in CRM
• Coordinate with marketing and training teams
• Support corporate training and placement tie-ups

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 1–5 years of experience in education sales / training institute / EdTech
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of IT or technical courses
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with phone calls, counseling, and sales

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical training institutes
• Corporate training sales exposure
• CRM and lead management experience

Schedule

• Day shift(6 days work - sat day off)
• Shift Time - 11am-9pm
