Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Business development Manager to lead our marketing efforts at TransGlobe Academy. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategies to drive student enrollments, enhance brand visibility, and expand our market presence through activities at colleges or online .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to enhance offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of market trends and business strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships and manage multiple accounts.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
