Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Marketing & Business Development function for Oil & Gas and Fertilizer segments
Drive business growth through strategic market penetration and corporate selling
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with business plans and revenue targets
Build and manage relationships with key consultants, EPCs, and customers
Secure vendor registrations and consultant/EPC approvals
Generate firm and budgetary inquiries and manage the opportunity pipeline
Lead techno-commercial proposal preparation, negotiations, and order finalization
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, and Manufacturing teams for smooth execution
Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry forums
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and MIS reports to top management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of estimation and business development professionals

Desired Candidate Profile

Senior-level experience in Marketing & Business Development within EPC / Heavy Engineering / Process Equipment industries
Strong exposure to Oil & Gas and Fertilizer sectors
Proven techno-commercial and contract negotiation experience
Excellent relationship management with consultants, EPCs, and key customers
Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements
