Responsibilities

• Train sales team members (telecallers, closers, and BD reps) to handle real-world objections with logic and empathy
  
• Help refine

  sales narratives

  and offer framing to make our services more relatable and valuable
• Conduct regular coaching sessions (mock calls, objection drills, pitch sharpening)
  
• Improve our team’s ability to identify customer

  emotional drivers

  (trust, fear, legacy, control)
• Support the creation of

  conversion-first messaging

  , not just activity-based performance
• Review and guide customer-facing conversations, presentations, and proposals to ensure alignment with value-driven selling
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–12 years of real experience in hardcore selling (insurance, B2B solutions, education, telecom, FMCG distribution, industrial products, etc.)
  
• Not just a trainer—but someone who has

  sold under pressure, to tough buyers

• Ability to explain things in simple Hindi + English, and guide team members of varied experience levels
  
• Comfort working with business owners, sales engineers, and team leads
  
• A strong sense of

  common sense + emotional intelligence

  in conversations
• Clarity in communication—without jargon, without overpromising
  

Bonus (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in consultative B2B sales or service-led selling
  
• Exposure to coaching junior salespeople or call center reps
  
• Understanding of MSME behavior or founder-led businesses
  
• Willingness to contribute to scripts, sales SOPs, or sales playbooks
