Hiring: Sales Trainer & Soft Skills Trainer (Manufacturing Industry)

Both trainers will be responsible for delivering engaging, practical offline training sessions to enhance the workforces performance and communication standards.

Responsibilities:

Conduct offline training sessions as per batch schedule.
Customize modules based on client and trainee requirements.
Monitor and evaluate participant progress and provide feedback.
Ensure high training quality and engagement throughout sessions.
Maintain professional conduct and timely execution of sessions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Soft Skills / Corporate Training.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident personality (confidence is mandatory).
Male candidates preferred (for current batch).
Availability: 3 days/week | 2 hours/day (preferably in the 2nd half).
Immediate joiners preferred.
