Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats to address customer queries. Provide accurate information about products/services. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain customer records and update necessary databases/CRM. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department. Meet performance targets such as response time, quality, and productivity. Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and English. All of these languages are mandatory.
