Sales Team Manager

As a Sales Team Leader at our company, your role will involve supervising sales teams, ensuring the achievement of objectives, and providing managerial support. You will be responsible for tasks such as hiring and training staff, monitoring inventories, and maintaining sales performance through sales, management, and administration activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Setting goals and developing sales strategies. - Evaluating the effectiveness of the sales team. - Assigning tasks and providing support to team members. - Motivating sales teams and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines. - Identifying key issues, long-term strategies, and goals for team members. - Supervising efforts to achieve objectives and deliver consistent results. - Creating a sales blueprint with standards for sales associates to follow. - Developing an annualized plan for generating sales. - Crafting a Sales Manual with best practices for different sales engagements. - Defining a sales model for analyzing and improving sales. - Guiding sales staff to work effectively based on their interests and skills. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field. - Previous sales experience. - Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and sales skills. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities. - Effective leadership qualities. - Outstanding organizational, creative, and resource management skills.
