Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Team Lead/Manager role located in Rajkot. The individual will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting ZP MEDIHEAL's medical consumables and surgical items, and meeting sales targets. The role will involve building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions. Also will be leading and guiding 4-5 member team under them.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, negotiation skills, communication skills and internal coordination with the team
• Ability to understand and explain technical information about medical consumables
• Customer relationship management and networking abilities
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in B2B sales is a plus
