Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Team Manager to lead and manage a team of work-from-home telecallers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and ensuring consistent sales growth through effective team coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage work-from-home telecallers
• Coordinate daily activities and ensure smooth functioning of the remote sales team
• Conduct online training sessions to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and sales performance
• Monitor day-to-day sales calls and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform sales call auditing and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Track individual and team performance against targets
• Conduct online meetings with clients when required
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets and maintain productivity
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to company processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales team handling or telecalling management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing remote / work-from-home teams
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
• Knowledge of CRM systems and call monitoring tools is an added advantage
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center operations
• Prior experience in recruitment and training of telecallers
