Job Description

#Inklude specializes in QR code solutions, business development, web development, and digital marketing. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team and promote our Google Review Stands to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell Google Review Stands.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers.
Convince customers to purchase the product by addressing their needs and queries.
Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales progress.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (Minimum 1-2 years).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Fluency in Malayalam, English (Hindi will be an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of Google Reviews and QR code solutions is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Laptop/PC and a stable internet connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
