Senior Telecaller

As a Telecaller for Avighna Insurance & Claim Solutions in Raipur, your main responsibility will be to connect with potential clients using the provided Motor Insurance Leads. Your tasks will include making outbound calls, explaining insurance products and services, following up with leads to convert them into potential clients, and maintaining call records while updating the CRM regularly. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to provided leads related to Motor Insurance - Explain insurance products and services to potential clients - Follow up with leads to convert them into potential clients - Maintain call records and update CRM regularly Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English - Confidence and convincing ability - Basic computer knowledge - Prior experience in telecalling/sales will be an advantage (freshers can also apply) In addition to a fixed salary, you will have the opportunity to earn attractive incentives based on your performance.
