Part time telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce #Inklude’s products and services.
• Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information about our offerings.
• Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the business development team.
• Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and collecting client feedback.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure positive client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
• Ability to handle client queries effectively and build rapport.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Type: Part-Time
• Working Hours: 3–5 hours per day (flexible schedule available).
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• Compensation: Fixed pay + Performance-based incentives.
• Attractive commissions based on lead conversions and sales targets.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 9 per week
