Sales Team Manager

As a Sales Team Manager at Xylem Learning's Commerce Pro Vertical, your primary responsibility will be to lead and mentor multiple Team Leads and their counselor teams within the Commerce Pro vertical. You will be expected to own and deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets, analyze sales data for forecasting trends, design and implement performance management systems, and ensure attendance, discipline, and process adherence across teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for lead flow management and feedback integration, drive innovation and pilot projects, and maintain high team morale, engagement, and retention through structured recognition initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor multiple Team Leads and their respective counselor teams within the Commerce Pro vertical. - Own and deliver on monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Analyze sales data to forecast trends, assess performance, and identify improvement areas. - Design and implement performance management systems and incentive frameworks to drive productivity. - Ensure attendance, discipline, and process adherence across teams. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for lead flow management and feedback integration. - Drive innovation and pilot projects to enhance process efficiency and conversion ratios. - Maintain high team morale, engagement, and retention through structured recognition initiatives. Qualifications & Preferences: - Educational Background: Minimum Graduation required. - Subject Knowledge: Strong understanding of commerce-related professional courses such as CA, CMA, and ACCA is mandatory. - Experience: Prior experience in Commerce-focused EdTech or education sales is highly preferred. - Technical Skills: Working knowledge of CRM software such as LeadSquared or similar tools is preferred. - Core Skills: Data-driven decision-making, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.,
