Sales Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate consultants to achieve sales targets.
• Guide team members in client handling, property pitches, and closing deals.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue and improve team productivity.
• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the team.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and CRM teams for smooth execution of deals.
• Track sales performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated on current real estate market trends and competitor activities.

Job Type: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
