  25% Hike on your last CTC

  (based on performance & interview)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in

  EdTech sales

  (minimum 1 year).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a team and meet targets consistently.
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and proactive attitude.
