Position: Academic Mentor -Male Are you passionate about empowering students and making a real difference in their academic journey? We’re looking for committed and enthusiastic Academic Mentors to support student growth, foster meaningful connections, and help unlock each learner’s potential. About the Role As an Academic Mentor, you’ll be a trusted guide and motivator for students. You’ll monitor academic progress, support personal development, and collaborate closely with educators and families to create a positive and productive learning environment. Your Key Responsibilities Mentoring & Student Engagement Build strong, supportive relationships with students to inspire academic and personal success. Lead activities, clubs, and enrichment programs that promote holistic development. Collaborate with teachers and counselors to address student needs and challenges. Academic Monitoring & Support Track academic progress and identify learning gaps early. Conduct regular assessments and provide targeted support where needed. Partner with faculty to develop personalized learning plans for students requiring extra help. Family Communication & Support Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians about student progress and development. Organize and participate in parent meetings to align on goals and strategies. Offer guidance to families on how they can support learning at home. Data & Reporting Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior. Analyze academic data to inform interventions and improvement plans. Use educational software and systems to track and report student performance effectively. What You Bring A genuine passion for student mentorship and development. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and support student performance. Comfort with digital tools and data management platforms.
