About The Opportunity

A dynamic opportunity within the Healthcare & Wellness — Clinic Services sector. This on-site role supports a busy outpatient clinic network focused on patient acquisition, retention, and premium service delivery across local markets in India. We're seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to grow revenue, coach front-line sales staff, and operationalize outreach programs that convert patient interest into visits and long-term relationships.Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate an on-site sales team: set clear targets, assign territories, and drive daily execution to meet revenue and patient acquisition goals.
  • Coach and develop sales representatives through structured training, ride-alongs, role plays, and one-on-one performance reviews.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM hygiene: ensure timely follow-ups, accurate opportunity tracking, and high-quality data for forecasting.
  • Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to streamline appointment conversion, patient onboarding, and post-visit follow-up processes.
  • Own local outreach initiatives: community engagement, partnerships, and in-clinic promotions to increase footfall and service uptake.
  • Monitor KPIs, produce weekly/monthly sales reports, and implement corrective actions to improve conversion rates and average revenue per patient.
