Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Real Estate Experience not required 1 - 5 yrs. of B2C sales experience One should have own vehicle. Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers (300+ calls/day). Engage customers with product knowledge and schedule site visits. Maintain high daily talk time (>2 hours preferred). Ensure consistent login discipline and availability (>8 hours/day). Update CRM and maintain lead status rigorously. Coordinate with Field Sales Teams for smooth handovers. Follow up consistently and convert leads into Visits through nurturing.
