Sales Team Leader

Role & responsibilities

ocuses on leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets through outbound sales strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Sales Performance:

  Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.

• Outbound Sales Activities:

  Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads.

• Lead Qualification:

  Identify, qualify, and conduct needs analysis on potential clients.

• Reporting:

  Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management.

• Coaching and Development:

  Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to team members.

• Strategy Development:

  Collaborate with the sales manager on effective sales strategies.

• Onboarding Support:

  Assist with the onboarding of new clients.

• Problem Solving:

  Address escalated customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay updated with industry trends and improve sales skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A graduation degree (any stream) is mandatory.
• Freshers and candidates with BPO or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Age limit: 18 to 34 years.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Week Offs: Alternate Saturday plus rotational off for Thane
