Sales Team Leader

Job Position: Team Leader - Sales Job Location: Bangalore Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of Relationship Managers / Matchmaking Executives in a fast-paced matrimonial services environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in sales, relationship management, or client services. Key Responsibilities: ·        Team Management: o   Supervise and mentor a team of RMs & Sales Executives. o   Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure their achievement. o   Monitor performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals. ·        Client Relationship Oversight: o   Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality matchmaking services. o   Handle escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism. o   Support team members in complex or high-profile matchmaking cases. ·        Process & Performance Optimization: o   Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, client engagement, closures). o   Implement best practices for lead management, profiling, and client interaction. o   Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions. ·        Reporting: o   Generate and present performance reports to senior management. o   Maintain records of team productivity, closures, and client feedback. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, tech, or product for client needs and service improvements. Support recruitment and on-boarding of new team members. Required Skills & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. 5-8 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing; minimum 2 years in a team lead role. Experience in matrimonial services, matchmaking, or similar client-facing services (preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving strict targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Fluency in Kannada, Telugu & Tamil Languages.
