Job Description

Job Title: Sales Team Leader – BPO

Department: Sales / Call Center Operations
Location: Karol Bagh
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader for our BPO sales process. The candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of sales agents, driving performance, ensuring quality standards, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound/inbound sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage team performance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of tele-sales executives to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Motivate, coach, and support team members to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Monitor call quality, sales pitches, and adherence to scripts and compliance standards.
  • Handle escalations and provide solutions to customer queries effectively.
  • Prepare and analyze daily/weekly performance reports and share insights with management.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to maintain engagement and accountability.
  • Identify training needs and organize sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure the team follows process guidelines and maintains customer satisfaction standards.
  • Coordinate with quality, HR, and operations teams for smooth process execution.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in BPO sales (voice process), with at least 4 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts if required.
