Sales Team Leader

Company Information Company: V&V Agro Global LLP Location: 813, 8th Floor, Cyber Height, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Position Overview The Sales & Communication Team Lead will take charge of a performance-driven team of client communication executives. You will oversee daily operations, optimize team performance, and act as the bridge between ground execution and senior management strategy. This role requires hands-on leadership coaching team members, analyzing daily metrics, enforcing CRM discipline, and ensuring every lead is followed through with professionalism. Youll also be responsible for monitoring scripts, refining workflows, and reporting conversion patterns and feedback from the field. Your goal will be to enhance overall team productivity, build a high-retention culture, and consistently drive client acquisition KPIs. You must be comfortable taking decisions independently and leading team huddles, reviews, and performance audits. Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of a sales communication team (4-10 members). - Train and guide team on scripts, closing strategies, and objection handling - Monitor call quality and CRM usage compliance - Coordinate closely with management for daily goal setting and review. - Report KPIs, conversion ratios, and insights on a weekly basis. Who Can Apply - Minimum Education: Graduation preferred. 12th Pass acceptable with extensive experience - Minimum 4 years of experience in sales operations, customer relations, or inside sales. - Proven leadership ability with experience managing and mentoring sales teams. - Strong reporting skills and performance tracking expertise. - Problem-solving mindset with calm escalation handling - Must be Lucknow-based or open to relocate. In-office presence required. Job Details- Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office)- Working Days: 6 Days a Week - Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM- Location: Cyber Height, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow Salary & Incentives - Fixed Salary: 23,000 28,000/month- Monthly Incentives: 25,000 40,000 (Performance Based) - Weekly Bonus: Up to 25,000- On-time payments with no consultancy fee or third-party deduction. - Direct company hiring No commission.
