This is a professional sales + counselling training internship with real growth. Work Responsibilities1. Daily Customer Interaction●     Speak to 50–80 leads daily ●     Understand customer needs ●     Explain program features & benefits ●     Guide them towards the correct plan ●     Build trust through smooth communication 2. Sales, Persuasion & Conversion●     Learn industry-standard objection handling ●     Proactively persuade undecisive customers ●     Work with TL for final closures ●     Understand customer psychology ●     Improve your closing skills daily 3.
