Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a sales team within our real estate division. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to build, train, and manage their own team. This role involves achieving sales targets, generating leads, scheduling client site visits, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management & Hiring Recruit, interview, and hire qualified sales executives for the team. Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet performance expectations. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, motivation, and guidance. Build a high-performing sales culture focused on results and professionalism 2. Sales & Target Achievement Generate and manage leads through various channels (online, offline, referrals, etc.). Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team. Assist team members in closing deals and handling client negotiations. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, challenges, and strategies. 3. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service. Schedule and manage site visits for potential buyers and investors. Ensure prompt follow-ups and support post-sales for smooth client experience. 4. Reporting & Coordination Track sales performance and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. Coordinate with marketing and project teams for promotions, events, and project updates. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Good knowledge of real estate market trends and customer needs. Ability to recruit, train, and motivate sales professionals. Target-driven with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales. Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Experience in residential or commercial project sales preferred. Performance Metrics: Sales target achievement (individual and team). Number of new hires and their performance. Conversion ratio of leads to bookings. Client satisfaction and retention rate.
