Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of proven experience in team handling within the real estate industry . This role will involve managing a team of sales professionals, driving performance, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring high client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets Design and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with company goals Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion through consistent team engagement Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the team Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service Provide regular reports and insights to senior management Qualification & Skills: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in team management within the real estate industry Strong leadership and people management skills In-depth knowledge of the Noida real estate market is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategy Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office suite Show more Show less
