Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will oversee daily sales operations, manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, and ensure effective communication and collaboration to meet business targets. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, handling client relationships, and driving customer satisfaction. The candidate will also focus on enhancing team productivity and identifying growth opportunities in alignment with company objectives.

• Strong Sales and Analytical Skills to strategize and drive revenue growth while assessing and improving team performance.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, along with problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, with prior experience in sales leadership roles preferred.
• Experience in the education technology sector is a plus.
