Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate a
field sales team
to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Mandatory hands-on experience in handling field sales teams
Plan and execute field sales strategies to improve productivity and conversions
Conduct regular
field visits
with team members for coaching and performance improvement
Monitor team attendance, productivity, and daily activity tracking
Ensure achievement of revenue targets and business growth
Train and onboard new sales executives
Maintain MIS, reports, and performance dashboards
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales
Must have field team handling experience
(mandatory)
Strong exposure to on-ground sales operations
Comfortable working
6 days a week
with
rotational shifts
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
