Job Description: As a Real Estate Sales Agent at Walmond Realty Dart Pvt Ltd, you will play a key role in driving property sales by prospecting potential clients, conducting property visits, and managing the sales process through to closure. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their property needs, and providing expert guidance throughout the buying or selling journey. Core Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Conduct meetings and site visits with prospective buyers to showcase properties and highlight key features. Assess clients’ needs, provide market insights, and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate offers and facilitate the sales process to achieve successful transaction closures. Prepare and manage necessary documentation, contracts, and agreements for sales transactions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (such as legal, finance, and inspection professionals) to ensure smooth and compliant transactions. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
