Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Truww, your role is pivotal in leading the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and managing a team of sales individuals, while also ensuring seamless collaboration with design leaders and designers to enhance the client experience. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and fostering a culture of excellence within the sales unit. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales individuals. - Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to enhance team members" sales skills and performance. - Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. - Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics for areas of improvement. - Lead by example through active engagement in sales activities and maintain a personal sales quota. - Collaborate closely with design leaders and designers to align sales efforts with design capabilities. - Coordinate with other departments to optimize the client experience and drive customer satisfaction. - Develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts aligned with company objectives. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. - Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred. - Proven track record of success in sales management with at least 5 years of experience. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in the design industry or related field is a plus. - Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
