Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Vishakhapatnam. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, recruiting new team if necessary, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve these targets. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, monitoring team performance and providing feedback, training new team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for generating reports, analyzing sales data, and identifying market trends to optimize sales strategies.
