Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Team Lead at our company, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives and actively contributing to business growth. Your role will involve engaging in lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closures, while also guiding your team to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve performance goals. - Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients. - Build strong, long-lasting client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools. - Ensure both individual and team sales targets are met on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Participate in negotiations and close high-quality deals to drive revenue. - Track team KPIs, provide regular feedback, training, and support. - Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align efforts and optimize results.
