Job Description

As a Team Lead Sales at our Mumbai office, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets in the fintech industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and align efforts with overall business objectives. - Leading and managing the sales team by setting clear sales targets, providing coaching and mentorship, and monitoring performance to ensure consistent goal achievement. You will own the P&L for the assigned region or industry and coordinate with relevant teams for operational efficiency. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and prospects to generate and capitalize on sales opportunities. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and refine sales strategies and campaigns. - Providing timely, detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities to senior leadership. - Tracking business-related invoices. - Aiding in hiring the right talent and building a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with customers and stakeholders. - Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to craft data-driven sales strategies for sustainable growth. - Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) to manage workflows and reporting efficiently. - Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value.
