Role Overview

Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership:

    Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Strategic Planning:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to drive franchise expansion and achieve revenue targets.
  • Franchise Growth:

    Identify, engage, and onboard potential franchise partners, effectively presenting Flash Delivery's value proposition.
  • Team Development:

    Provide training, guidance, and regular feedback to team members to enhance their skills, performance, and career growth.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and regions for franchise expansion within the UK.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners, ensuring mutual success.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor individual and team performance metrics, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to streamline franchise onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:

    26 years of sales experience, with a

    mandatory background in the UK market

    . Team management experience is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills:

    Proven ability to inspire and lead a team, manage performance, and drive results.
  • Sales Expertise:

    Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
