Job Overview


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate sales for B2B services such as IT Infra Solutions, Cloud, Connectivity products, and Leased line services.
  • Should have very strong leadership skills and also a very good motivator who can keep his team motivated.
  • Must have experience in handling a team at least 10-15 people.
  • Must have worked on revenue based model.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale client servicing.
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) to customize offerings based on client needs.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
