Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Lead, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Team Lead will manage and oversee the activities of the sales team, ensuring targets and goals are met. Responsibilities include mentoring and training team members, handling escalated client inquiries, devising sales strategies, and collaborating with marketing to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition. The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for analyzing sales metrics, preparing reports, and implementing improvement plans based on performance data.

• Proven sales experience and strong understanding of sales processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
