Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead at VR Akademeia. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the sales team's day-to-day activities, managing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales targets.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Team Management
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • EduTec product or service experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales
  • Experience in leading a sales team
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
