Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of 12 counsellors to achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
Maintain minimum 5% team conversion rate.
Supervise counselling quality, lead follow-ups, and admission closures.
Manage and grow online student communities across Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.
Plan and execute webinars, contests, and engagement campaigns with the marketing team.
Prepare daily Excel & CRM reports on leads, conversions, and ROI.
Handle escalations or difficult cases calmly and professionally.
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
Strong command of Excel and CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively. Proven leadership with sales or admission counselling background. Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused.
