It also involves cross-selling of other products related to this business. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic merchant accounts for payment gateway solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and CXOs. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, queries, and business requirements.
