Position: Sales Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Booking Office Supervisor to oversee the daily sales and operations of our booking office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supervising staff to achieve business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train booking office staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
• Monitor ticket sales, analyze trends, and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Oversee daily operations of the booking office, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive travel experience
• Prepare and present sales reports and operational metrics to upper management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or office management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with booking systems/software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of the travel and transportation industry is a plus
