Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring sales targets are met, conducting regular team meetings, and providing mentorship and strategic direction. A strong understanding of sales techniques and geographical market insights is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily team meetings to review performance, set goals, and share updates.

Monitor and ensure the team is consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Initiate and lead sales conversations, offering support and strategies to close deals.

Provide ongoing training, feedback, and motivation to team members.

Utilize geographical knowledge to identify potential markets and improve area-based sales planning.

Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.

Maintain team discipline and foster a collaborative, goal-driven environment.
