Role Overview: As an Administrative Support in our company, your main role will involve preparing and processing sales orders and quotations, maintaining and updating customer records in CRM systems, tracking sales leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You will also be responsible for generating sales reports and performance metrics. Additionally, you will provide coordination support to the Sales Team by scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting in preparing presentations and sales materials, and providing internal support during the sales cycle, including proposal development and documentation. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills will be key to success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support by preparing and processing sales orders and quotations. - Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems. - Track sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups. - Generate sales reports and performance metrics. - Coordinate with the Sales Team by scheduling meetings and appointments. - Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials. - Provide internal support during the sales cycle, including proposal development and documentation. - Prepare month sales data, DSR, Adex & CTR.
