Sales Support Executive

As an Administrative Support in the organization, your role involves providing essential support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of sales operations. Your success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to efficiently process sales orders, maintain accurate customer records, and generate valuable sales reports. Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support by preparing and processing sales orders and quotations. - Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems to ensure accurate information. - Track sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize sales opportunities. - Generate sales reports and performance metrics to provide insights for decision-making. - Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and appointments efficiently. - Assist in preparing presentations and sales materials for effective communication. - Provide internal support during the sales cycle, including proposal development and documentation. - Prepare monthly sales data reports including DSR, Adex & CTR for analysis and planning.
