Sales Support Executive

Role & responsibilities

1.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about products and services.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.

• Monitor customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of FRP parts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

3.

• Process sales orders and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure on- time delivery.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any billing issues in system.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

4.

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the FRP industry.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

5.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all sales-related activities.
• Coordinate and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in the preparation of estimates, tender documents, and contracts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of FRP materials and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Strong grip in Microsoft Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good communication skills in both Hindi & English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
