About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused After-Sales Support Executive who can professionally manage customer queries, handle critical cases, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and satisfactory post-purchase experience for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide after-sale support to customers regarding gemstone purchases and related services.

• Communicate clearly and professionally in Hindi and English.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and critical cases with patience and confidence.

• Maintain strong customer relationship management (CRM) and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Manage and update client case data, maintain records, and track progress.

• Maintain and update Google Sheets related to customer details, issues, and follow-ups.

• Maintain complete calling data and communication logs.

• Make effective decisions for customer resolution and support.

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of customer cases.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Experience in client handling and customer support roles.

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle critical cases with calmness and maturity.

• Good decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets, basic data entry, and record management.

• Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and professionalism.

Preferred Background

Experience in customer support or after-sales roles.

Experience in retail, luxury, gemstone, or e-commerce industry (preferred but not mandatory).
